Super Duplex Steel Forged Flanges are made up of a blend of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (6–8%), Molybdenum (3–5%), along with a balanced mix of Nitrogen, Manganese, and Iron. This unique composition gives them remarkable corrosion resistance, particularly against pitting and crevice corrosion. On the mechanical side, they boast high yield strength (≥550 MPa), tensile strength (≥750 MPa), and an elongation of about 25%.
